How Our Phone System Works
Once you’ve signed up with us, we give you a call to understand your needs and get your account set up and configured. We’ll work with you to make sure the system is right for your business.
If you need desk phones, we can help you choose the right models for your budget and have them shipped to you, configured and ready to go. If you’d rather use our app or have calls forwarded to one or more mobiles, we’ll set that up for you too.
We don’t expect you to become an expert on our product, you should focus on doing what you do best – running your business. If you need to make changes to your system you can always email us and we can help make changes for you.
All of our systems come with a lot of features including support for multiple lines. You just pay for the number of users (lines) you need.
