What is call forwarding and call diverting?
Call forwarding and call diverting both mean roughly the same thing. They allow you to redirect your calls to another phone. For example, if you moved your phone number to KoyKay, you could enable call forwarding to almost any phone number in the world. This means callers to your number could reach you in a different country, while only paying the cost of a local call. Many of our customers move abroad and use call forwarding to allow friends and family to call them at local rates even though they might be abroad.
